CO-OP's streamlined Card Member Dispute Resolution process
(CMDR) reduces the time it takes to resolve card disputes. Card
members call the CO-OP Member Center (CMC) directly to begin the
dispute process any time of day or night, 7 days a week. The CMC
representative gathers all the pertinent information, and works
with CO-OP's Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) and Card Member Fraud
Security for a quick and accurate resolution. CMDR enables credit
unions to use their resources for more strategic activities, while
maintaining excellent, speedy service to their members.
